We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk in accordance with Art. 8 DPA and Arts. 1, 2, 3 OPDa in conjunction with Art. 32 GDPR, considering the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, circumstances, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Changes and Updates
The Controller reserves the right to review, update, add to, or remove any part of this privacy policy at its discretion at any time. In the event of changes, the update date will be indicated.
