The characteristic of this beautiful vase is due to the different fragmentation resulting from the sodium silicate working process, which during the firing phase was enhanced by the shading of the glaze, given with the airbrush. As you can see from the photos, a white stripe on the rim part allows for a detachment from the outer part to the inner part. In fact, on the inside, you can observe different effects of the clay due to the lathe working phase, combined with its shading reminiscent of earth, stone, wood and country life. Almost as if the ceramic can warm through its vibration.
Green with a turquoise hue has been placed in the heart, symbolising the 'Dawn of the Earth' collection of which this piece is a part. The excessive amount of glaze inside the heart has created small 'glaze eruptions' that embellish the object, making it particularly fascinating when combined with the warm tones of light.
